我的mac下，需要用word插入参考文献。
我平时是用Medney(就因为它。才出现上述问题)。

尝试用win试了，好用。
那就是mac的事儿了。
根据帖子试了一下。注意，处理完了，需要重启（对，mac也要重启）。
就好用了。
